We want to wish you a happy holiday season and give a quick update on our efforts to purchase and permanently protect the 12 acres adjacent to the Kleinstuck Preserve.
As you learned in our last update, our latest offer on the property was not accepted. The sellers indicated they are essentially looking for a full price offer with a very short closing. So, we are continuing our quiet fundraising efforts and have been meeting with a variety of community leaders who have offered ideas, advice and support. We are also exploring a variety of grants and financing options.
